Biography
Dicken is highly experienced in building and leading teams in CRO, UX, Analytics and AI. His most recent engagement before joining Fountain was Head of Customer Engagement, Operations & Insight at Barclays, and he has held other senior and leadership positions at several large, international organisations.
Dicken is working with Fountain to grow and futureproof our CRO offering – maximising returns from client investment across all services.
